December Blouse

details

  • The December Blouse can be knitted as both a blouse and a mini dress.

It is knitted from top to bottom. First, stitches are cast on for the neck and shoulders. Then, increases are used to shape the shoulders first and then the sleeves. At the same time, the neckline is formed by increases. Then the sleeve stitches are put on hold and the body is closed in the round.

Decreases are used to shape the waist and increases are used later to shape the hips. The sleeves are also shaped using increases and decreases so that they fit snugly up to the elbow and then become slightly wider. Finally, all edges are finished with an I-cord.
